None of the promos offered will be refundable at the end of the festival within the refund period. Review the specific regulations for promotions in the ticket conditions.

No advance reservation is necessary, it can be rented at the stand located in the rest area.
This is a power bank rental service, for which a deposit of approximately €20 will be charged for each battery, which will be refunded when the battery is returned to the same location.
The exchange of a discharged battery for a charged battery costs approximately €3-4.
At the concert venue you can buy charged power banks.
