Wondering where to get a passport, find a business, restaurant, event, or just need a safety walk? A Downtown Ambassador will be nearby to help answer those questions. Ambassadors are trained to provide residents, tourists, employees and business owners with a variety of information and assistance.

GETTING TO AND AROUND DOWNTOWN
To ensure efficient mobility during the festival, Miami offers various public transportation options such as Metrobus: Extensive bus network that connects all areas of the city, with frequent and accessible routes. Metrorail: Elevated train that facilitates quick trips to the main points of interest, with connection to the Miami International Airport. Metromover: Free automated train system ideal for getting around downtown and Brickell. The use of public transportation is not only practical, but also a sustainable option to enjoy Miami during the event.

The Gran Reserva Festival will have a security team composed of +200 highly trained professionals, dedicated to guaranteeing the tranquility and well-being of all attendees.
